Flourishment for Leaders/organisation

Flourishing for Leaders and Organisations is a CPD track for middle leaders, senior leaders, chief executives, MAT executives, and governance boards who want to build organisations in which learners and educators genuinely flourish. Built on research from Michael Fullan on moral purpose, Amy Edmondson on psychological safety, and the wider evidence base on relational leadership, distributed leadership, and organisational culture change, the track develops the specific behaviours through which flourishing cultures are actually built — not asserted. Each course pairs substantial research with practical daily application, and every participant receives the Flourish Journal — a companion document that grows with them across every course they take, becoming a personal record of their leadership development. This is leadership as the daily practice of building an organisation worth belonging to — for the people within it, and for the communities it serves.
